Acceptable Use Policy
Policy version: CZ-aup-2026-10-14
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Helpora. Customers and service providers must use the platform lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.
This is Helpora's platform-use agreement with Helpora s.r.o., Czech Republic. By explicitly agreeing during account registration, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy for your use of Helpora. Payment processors may apply separate restrictions to their own services; their policies do not replace this agreement. The Privacy Policy is a separate notice, acknowledged rather than blanket consent to all processing.
2. Permitted Use
Helpora may be used to discover service providers, create provider profiles, list legitimate services, communicate about service needs, and manage marketplace-related activity in line with our rules.
Registration information must be accurate. Keep your login secure and use only your own account. Helpora supports service discovery, communication and booking; a service agreement and privately negotiated charges are between the customer and provider unless Helpora expressly states otherwise. A booking snapshots the advertised listing price or rate/range, and may be unpriced. It is not permission to charge an unagreed amount.
3. Prohibited Services and Activities
Users and providers must not use Helpora for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unsafe activities. Prohibited services include fraud, impersonation, illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, hate content, harassment, stolen goods, or any service that violates applicable law or payment processor rules.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Providers must provide accurate profile information, truthful service descriptions, fair pricing, and safe service delivery. Providers must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, location, experience, or ability to perform a service.
Providers remain responsible for their services and any qualifications or permissions applicable to their work. Publication, approval, verification and ranking are separate requirements; payment does not automatically guarantee a published listing, featured placement or ranking. Manually unpublished listings are not automatically republished.
5. Verification and KYC
Helpora may request identity, business, or supporting documentation from providers. We may approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove providers where necessary to protect customers and the platform.
Document KYC and mandatory provider-subscription enforcement are currently disabled for Czechia. Nigerian requirements do not apply automatically to Czech users. Any future change requires appropriate notice and the applicable published policy.
6. Payments and Marketplace Operation
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Helpora does not hold customer funds on behalf of providers, does not operate user wallets, and does not provide escrow or wallet-to-wallet transfers. Platform fees may be charged for subscriptions, listings, access, or other Helpora services.
Any recurring subscription price, currency, billing interval and renewal conditions must be shown before purchase. Use the billing provider shown for your subscription to manage or cancel renewal, including Google Play or App Store where applicable. Cancelling renewal normally preserves already-paid access through its paid deadline unless an applicable refund, revocation or other lawful change applies. Cancellation is not an automatic refund. Store or payment-provider terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
Where payments are made directly between customers and providers, refunds and cancellations are generally handled between those parties. Helpora may assist with dispute review and may take platform-level action where fraud, misconduct, repeated complaints, or policy violations are found.
Mandatory Czech and EU consumer rights, including applicable distance-contract withdrawal and remedies, are not waived. Where immediate service performance affects a withdrawal right, the disclosures and any legally required express request or acknowledgement must be obtained separately; this AUP checkbox does not waive that right. Contact Helpora first about platform disputes; eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority's ADR process or competent courts. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign forum is imposed.
8. Enforcement
Helpora may remove listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, reject verification, or permanently remove users or providers who violate this policy or create risk for customers, providers, payment partners, or the platform.
Enforcement should be proportionate to the reason. Where appropriate, we explain restrictions and allow you to challenge a decision through support; urgent fraud, security or legal measures may require immediate action. You may request account closure using account settings or the account-deletion page. Closing an account does not automatically cancel an external-store renewal: manage it with its billing provider. Necessary billing, dispute and recovery records are handled under the Privacy Policy. Material agreement changes require notice and any acceptance required by applicable law; missing historical acceptance metadata alone does not lock existing users out of billing, account management or privacy requests.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the official Helpora contact form or support email listed on the platform.
