Helpora connects customers with service providers. We collect and use personal information to operate the platform, verify providers, prevent fraud, process platform-related payments, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may collect names, emails, phone numbers, locations, profile details, service information, verification documents, booking details, contact messages, and technical usage data.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Helpora does not hold customer funds for providers, operate wallets, or provide escrow services.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

Account deletion requests are reviewed through the published account-deletion workflow. Necessary booking, billing and dispute records may be retained for a justified purpose and applicable obligations. Account closure does not itself cancel an external-store renewal. Active-storage deletion does not prove deletion from all backups or CDN caches; no unverified permanent-erasure or 90-day backup guarantee is made. Document KYC and mandatory provider-subscription enforcement are currently disabled in Czechia. Historical verification evidence requires separate review. Details: Delete account
